MISSION:

- contribute to the briefing of new products’ initiatives, in cooperation with Product Planning & Institutional Relations;

- manage the current products’ life-cycle and positioning and the cross model initiatives;

- define the product’s commercial launch plan and contribute to the launches in the Business Centers;

- define the product’s communication strategy and the briefing for the initiatives.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main responsibilities:

  • product lifecycle management
  • development of the annual marketing plan
  • performance analysis and trend identification
  • mix management
  • continuous monitoring competitors’ product actions, promotions and pricing
  • sales planning and market share analysis
  • set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • manage specific market option packages and actions for different target groups
  • perform product demos to customers
  • act as a leader within the company

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • international background
  • minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive Product Manager
  • sales/field background (nice to have)
  • knowledge of product strategy for current range and future models, price benchmarking and competitive analysis, volume estimations on current market development and mid-long range planning, market researches
  • demonstrated success launching new products
  • project management skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • fluent in English
  • available to travel
