Within the Components&Validation Department, the Test Plan Manager working with Test Validation Responsible, is in charge of Maserati & AR body and interior validation tests. He must define test budget and plan, guarantee test components, vehicles or subassemblies, monitor test development and support the first level diagnosis in case of failure.

Main Activities:

• Define test plan in accordance with bill of material

• Define test objects, vehicles and components to be tested

• Manage test activities according milestones of project

• Define and manage the test plan budget

• Support interior and body PR's to present the development budget

• Define test set up and guarantee scheduling of tests

• Contribute to definition of contents maturity for the tests

• Coordinate test and data acquisitions

• Monitor tests and update overall progress curve

• Deliver first diagnosis of main issues out of test activities

• Weekly test result update to the team

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent

• Preferably experience in Automotive Industry or automotive suppliers

• English good

• Knowledge of Windows (Office) & MS Project

• Good communication skills
