We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our HR team based in our HQ in Milan.

The ideal candidate is a someone who is passionate about designing the future of Learning and Development for our Company and has strong project and operational management capabilities in order to drive the Learning & Development initiatives forward.

YOU WILL

Research game-changing trends and design an innovative agenda of Learning and Development projects
Develop and deliver learning solutions to meet current and future business initiatives and needs, providing inputs for training strategies, plans and content
Create and own the delivery of the Learning and Development calendar, ensuring alignment to global programmes and business needs
Develop and execute tools and processes to onboard, educate, develop engage and retain talents
Track and monitor overall effectiveness of solutions delivered and work with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, HR teams and business teams to make adjustments as necessary

IDEALLY YOU HAVE

Minimum 8-12 years work experience in Learning & Development field
Master Degree with excellent academic records
Passionate individual, a strategic thinker with a strong interest for Learning & Development who is ready to take on big challenges
Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions to traditional problems
Comfortable working in a fluid and highly collaborative way with a strong ability to listen and adapt
Fluent in English
