Almost everything has been said about electric mobility and it is still a very heartfelt argument even if, in my opinion, many times there is a tendency to create confusion, especially with respect to the designation of the vehicle which generically includes various types and motors. Beyond this brief and personal clarification, the signs that are encountered highlight, among others, a so-called light electric mobility with three wheels both for a question of traffic and maneuverability, pollution and suitable infrastructures still to come; also the so-called 'last mile' transport in urban centers, made with vehicles of this type but with mechanics and powertrain slightly different from a common electric three-wheeler, is having a certain response especially in the countries of northern Europe and also in certain Italian realities where the roads and traffic allow it.
From the experience on the design and sometimes production of light three and four-wheeled vehicles, we want to propose the idea and therefore the industrialization of a very simple, ecological electric tricycle (two front wheels and one rear), made with recyclable materials and possibly different from those proposed such is its versatility; among other technical features we find the ability to adjust the wheelbase and the track or even the inclination and distance of the steering column.
The powertrain is composed of a single rear electric drive wheel, without the aid of transmission components and interchangeable according to the power, the other peculiarity being studied is to propose the tricycle in kit or assembly box version, meaning the versatility of the vehicle itself. The realization of a prototype for testing is in progress.
