"Leading International law firm, for its Milan's office, seeks a: General Manager The candidate will be the Head of the support staff, secretary to the Partners meetings and part of the office management team. He/She will work closely with the Managing Partner and all partners to implement the Firm's strategy for the Italian offices, providing direction and coordination to the teams supporting the business in Italy (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing & Communications, etc) and ensure professional standards and compliance to key global and local policies is maintained and adhered to. Skills & Experience:
10 + years of experience with background in primary international law firms is mandatory; background in different industries won't be taken into consideration.
Fluency in Italian, English and another European language is a must.
Business graduate or equivalent. MBA and/or Accountancy qualification highly relevant. Skills required in:
Financial planning, budgeting and resource planning
Substantial commercial management experience
Project management
Leading high performing teams (+30 resources)
Working with partners in operational and strategic activities. Location: Milan"
