Position: in house legal counsel (reporting directly to the General Counsel) of Fiat Powertrain Technologies S.p.A., Fiat Group, Turin;
at the same time, from January 2012, I am supporting, within Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A., General Affairs function, Sales&Distribution Dept. (with particular reference to legal issues concerning dealers and importers) and (mainly focusing on transport and handling providers).
Main subjects: Civil, Commercial, Corporate Law, national and international agreements, compliance with Laws and Regulations.
From April 2004:
Position: in house legal counsel of Magneti Marelli Group on the premises of Magneti Marelli Sistemi Elettronici S.p.A., Corbetta (Milan).
Main subjects: Civil and Commercial Law, national and international contracts, compliance with Laws and Regulations (with particular reference to D. Lgs. 231/01 and D. Lgs. 196/03 "Privacy Code").
From October 2003:
Position: in house legal counsel of Sfera Group on the premises of Arcobalegno S.r.l., Solero (Alessandria);
Main subjects: Civil, Commercial and Labour Law, debts collection, drafting of agreements.

Main subjects: Civil and Commercial Law, Corporate Governance, national and international agreements. Good experience on the D. Lgs. 231/01, which has introduced "Administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations", cooperating as a member of the "Tavolo Operativo" - Progetto Pilota 231" preparing the "Organizational Model" of Fiat S.p.A. and of other Fiat Group companies.
