Admiral Consulting is the network's technical survey and inspection arm, led by Captain Filippo Mennuni — marine surveyor and qualified auditor to the latest management systems standard (ISO 19011:2026).

We support boat and yacht owners, shipyards and suppliers within the network across three areas:

1 – CE Marking for Shipyards and Manufacturers
We assist shipyards, component manufacturers and life-saving equipment manufacturers throughout the entire CE marking process (RCD Directive 2013/53/EU for recreational craft and components, MED Directive 2014/90/EU for marine safety equipment): from selecting the appropriate conformity assessment module, to compiling the technical documentation, through to the dimensional, acoustic (noise) and exhaust emission measurements required for the certificate of conformity.

2 – Supplier Audit: Verifying the Reliability of Partners and Suppliers
Before signing an agreement with a new supplier, distributor or business partner — we are thinking in particular of the relationships many companies in the network are building ahead of the 2027 America's Cup — a second-party audit conducted to the latest standard (ISO 19011:2026) provides objective evidence of the counterparty's organisational and technical reliability prior to signature. A service open to any industry, not only the nautical sector.

3 – Mini-Expertise: Rapid Pre-Purchase or Pre-Charter Survey
As the 2027 America's Cup in Naples approaches, demand is growing for vessels for charter, logistical support and hospitality during the event. Our "Mini-Expertise" — a quick preliminary survey of the vessel's technical and administrative condition — allows a purchase or charter opportunity to be assessed within a short timeframe.
