Legal advice and assistance to sponsors and prospective sponsors in connection with local, national and international sailing events, including offshore and ocean racing.

The service includes identifying and selecting a suitable sailor or athlete ambassador in line with the sponsor’s communication objectives, negotiating and drafting the relevant agreements, and managing relations with the sailor’s team, in close coordination with the sponsor’s marketing and communications team. Where required, the service also includes coordinating the multidisciplinary team appointed to manage the project.
