R2M supports its partners in the submission of proposals and offers to respond to calls for proposals (tenders, open calls). Services include:

• Evaluation of the project idea, relevance to the call, SWOT analysis;
• Evaluation of eligibility criteria of the proposer(s);
• Support to build the partnership through R2M network or with targeted actions on specific sectors;
• Definition of roles, both in the writing phase and in the execution phase of the project, assignment of activities, verification of execution;
• Support to writing, templates to guide the writing of the proposal, evaluation and harmonization of the contributions of the partners;
• Definition of project activities: macro-activities and tasks, their duration, expected results, assignment of roles/activities to partners, GANTT;
• Identification and evaluation of technical, economic, social impacts associated with the implementation of the project;
• Administrative and economic aspects: collection of documentation, creation of the budget of each partner and balancing of the consortium budget according to EU best practices;
• Inclusion of partners in existing proposals: integration into the consortium and support in preparing the required documentation.

R2M also carries out training and tutoring activities for the writing of calls and proposals on specific types of funding, offering good practices, guide examples, checklists and advice for the drafting of calls.
