It is based on three types of experiences acquired in about sixty years of activity.

Work carried out in the private sector: since 1961, and for about a decade, taking care of the organizational, managerial and accounting aspects in the field of building constructions and the manufacture of related materials;

Two-year legal practice: Antonio Della Rocca Court of Cassation Law Firm in Rome.

Work carried out in the field of teaching: voluntary assistant of Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome in the academic year 1970/71. Professor of History and Philosophy at the high schools of legally recognized institutes dependent on the ecclesiastical authority (S. Giovanni Battista della Salle, Villa Flaminia, Massimo). Lecturer in criminal labor law in refresher courses for labor consultants, organized by the relative professional register of Rome, in the 1981/83 academic year;

I work as an employee of the public administration:
1974 winner of public competition for Judicial Secretary of the Ministry of Grace and Justice, destined for the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome where he will serve from 1976 to June 1984. 1980 winner of competition for Inspector, managerial career, of the Ministry of Transport, Directorate General of Civil motorization and concession for transport, where he will take up service in June 1984. In 1988 he is seconded to the Cabinet of the Minister, where he will collaborate closely in legal and administrative matters with the ministers who have succeeded each other at the head of the aforementioned department until June 1996. From 1999 to 2014 (year of retirement due to age limits), he directs the Legal Affairs and Litigation Office of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Directorate General of Transport with Fixed Installations.

Positions in P. A .:

In addition to fulfilling the institutional duties related to the degree of Administrative Accounting Coordinator in the Department of Land Transport, he has been called to carry out numerous positions, listed below:
- 1991: member, representing the Transport administration, in the Commission for the coordination of public interventions in the Calabria Region, set up by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers;
- 1994: representative of the Ministry of belonging to the meetings convened by the Department of Public Administration for the verification of the state of implementation of Law 241/1990, containing rules on administrative procedure and the right of access to administrative documents;
- 1999: coordinator of the working group to propose to the Minister of Transport the reform of the d.p.r. 753/1980, containing rules on police, safety and regularity of the operation of railways and other transport services;
- 1999-2001. President of the Commission for the testing of railway works on behalf of the Ferrovie della Calabria;
- 2000: member of the working group for the study and in-depth study of problems relating to the safety of rail transport;
- 2002-2004: coordinator of the Verification and Monitoring Committee of local public transport, set up within the Calabria Region;
- 2002: member of the Commission of judging the competition for the design and construction of public works in the Port of Savona.
He also represented the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport in the procedures for the rehabilitation and transfer from the State to the Regions concerned of the following companies and related assets: "Umbrian Central Railway" - "Veneto Railways" - "Calabria Railways" - "Genoa Railways - Box ».
