Factory is a training simulation that recreates the company environment and shows participants how to improve and increase company performance.

The participants, divided into small groups, work as company managers. The company taken as an example has been very successful in the past years, making good profits. However, the economic situation and the level of competitiveness are changing and profits are still at risk. The management team must therefore adopt useful strategies to bring the company back to success. The participants will have to simulate the management of the company for a total period of 3 years.
