The Sicilian Dinner Experience Box has been designed for 4 persons and will plunge you into the heart of the island's countryside for a cozy evening with friends. As you wait for your pasta to cook, spread some of the organic olive pâté onto a warm slice of grilled bread as hearty, wholesome antipasto, while preparing bruschetta with a daub of exquisite extra virgin olive oil seasoned with sea salt crystals. As a main course, you will have that Trapani classic: bronze-cut rigatoni pasta – extruded through bronze dies for a porous surface that sauce can cling to – with pantesco pesto from tomatoes and almonds. Pair the lot with a glass of red Etna wine, a DOC from the slopes of the Sicilian volcano, fiery and intense yet well balanced and elegant.
