An always challenging and delicate theme is that of passing the baton in the company. Not always the successor is to be found within the family of origin. Sometimes it is necessary to take that extra step and entrust the company to a manager to ensure the prosperity and survival of the company. Maybe the manager could be temporary while trying to form a familiar figure suited to the function that will have to be covered. Attention: the passage of generation requires planning, planing, discipline and having the courage to face clashes and make unpopular decisions. The masters attended in the academic year 2006/2007 allowed me to acquire tools and knowledge able to help the entrepreneur.
