As Global Assortment Manager you will be responsible for Assortment activities for North America and EMEA Regions and E-Commerce channel, to define the product strategy of our Retail stores.

Main accountabilites

As Global Assortment Manager you will be responsible for the following activities and processes:

-OTB Split by vertical/product category

-Store segmentation and cluster criteria

-Product Assortment by style /SKU /depth

-Commercial strategy

-In season transfer

-EOS list / EOS Clearance



Requirements:



- Master Degree in Management Engineering, Economy or Marketing;

- Previous experience in the Buying process within Retail or Apparel Companies;

- Previous experience in People Management;

- Extended knowledge of Sportswear/Apparel Products;

- Professional English knowledge;

- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills;

- Strong analytical mindset.
